Veterans in Saskatoon had strong words for the federal government as they protested the closure of eight Veterans Affairs offices across the country.
Bill Dubinski, 84, told a group of supporters at the Delta Bessborough that Veterans Affairs Minister Julian Fantino "doesn’t give a damn” about veterans."This is unfortunate that we have veterans in this day and age that have to go through stuff like this because they can't get help from a country that said they would look after us," Dubinski said in an emotional plea.read more Reported by CJME 3 days ago.
