Duke of York to open new recovery centre

A recovery centre for both serving military personnel and veterans is preparing to get the Royal seal of approval. The £23 million centre – funded by the charity Help For Heroes – will help not just wounded, injured and sick personnel, but is also equipped to help veterans and service families in the South West. The facility, which is located inside HM Naval Base Devonport, is due to be formally opened by the Duke of York on April 10. It houses specialist rehabilitation...
