People packed into Seymour Square in the New Zealand town of Blenheim to see the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge on Thursday. The crowd applauded and children in their school uniforms ran across the park when the royal couple arrived. After laying a wreath to commemorate the centenary of the first world war, and meeting 20 service veterans, Prince William and Kate began their first walkabout.
