Information Innovators Inc. (Triple-i) is honored to announce Edward F. Meagher as its new Chief Operations Officer (COO). In his role at Triple-i, Ed will be responsible for the daily operation of the company and management of the company’s four business units supporting Defense, Federal/Civilian, Healthcare, and Intelligence & Geospatial clients.
Mr. Meagher comes to Triple-i as the former Vice President Healthcare Group at SRA International where he was responsible for the strategic implementation of healthcare programs for the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Defense Military Health System. Prior to his role at SRA, he served as the vice president for Healthcare Strategy for CSC where he was responsible for providing leadership, innovation, and strategic vision within CSC's North American Public Sector.

As a career federal sector senior executive, Mr. Meagher served from 2006 until his retirement in 2009, as the Deputy Chief Information Officer for the Department of the Interior, providing direction, oversight and management of information technology for a diverse, billion dollar IT portfolio. From 2000-2006, he served as Deputy Assistant Secretary, Deputy Chief Information Officer, and Chief Technology Officer for the Department of Veterans Affairs where he provided consistent leadership and direction for the department’s IT transformation initiatives.
Mr. Meagher has received numerous awards in recognition of his performance, leadership, and contributions in the information technology community, both in the federal arena and the private sector. Ed was honored with a FED100 Award in 2001 and again in 2005 as well as receiving the FED100 Eagle Award for his work with wounded warriors as they transition from military to civilian status. Ed continues to be active in the veteran community and currently serves on the boards of the Aleethia Foundation, VetSports, SMS Foundation and Blue Star Families.
