The tricolor of France will fly over Tewkesbury Town Hall as the town prepares to commemorate the outbreak First World War. The town crier and town serjeant Mike Kean-Price will raise the Union Jack and the standard of France on Monday July 28 as a prelude to the main celebrations from Saturday August 2 to Monday 4.
