Chadwick Bay Properties is proud to be a strong supporter of military veterans. As a participating business in the Chautauqua County Clerk’s “Return the Favor” program, the company is offering additional discounts on office space rental to military veterans who are enrolled in the program.
The “Return the Favor” program provides a photo identification card, free of charge, certifying that the individual is an honorably discharged veteran and has filed their original discharge paperwork with the county clerk’s office. Military veterans can join the program by calling the county clerk's office at 716-753-4977 to schedule an appointment. Veterans do not need to be residents of Chautauqua County, however they must file their discharge papers at the Chautauqua County Clerk's office.
According to Tracie Kaminski Haskin, deputy county clerk, “All the veteran needs is to have his or her DD214 military discharge papers on file with our office. If they're not already filed, they can bring them to the appointment and we'll file them, then take their picture and provide them with the Return the Favor card all in one visit."
Military veterans who fill out a rental application form and present their Return the Favor card will get an additional free month of rent at the Chadwick Bay Professional Building, 314 Central Ave. in Dunkirk.
Other military veteran-owned businesses in the Chadwick Bay Professional Building include Disaster Response Restoration, a clean-up and restoration company specializing in fire, smoke, wind, water and mold damage.
